Comfy, clean hotel close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Lovely decor, sunny outside area with table/chairs, and BBQ. Friendly and helpful couple, accommodating check-in. Spacious bedroom and kitchenette/bathroom area with nice breakfast items provided.

Sue and her husband were amazing hosts! They went the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The setup was great - our bed was very comfortable and the amenities were good. It was nice to have our own secluded space within the house. The sea-themed decor was pleasant to look at. Sue was warm and welcoming, and even let us use the balcony with beautiful harbor views. The accommodation was quiet and restful, and the sea views were great. Our host Peter was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Sue had the room ready for us earlier than check-in time and the breakfast provided was quite adequate.

Great location, close to the boat club for a fancy brunch with a water view. Stayed on the ground floor with convenient parking. WiFi was available, but only in the distant public areas.

Oh, the joy of free private parking! I just love walking long distances to connect to WiFi.

The double bedroom at Harbour Heights was absolutely amazing! The Californian King size bed felt like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. And the private bathroom with a shower was perfect for freshening up. Plus, having a TV in the room was a great way to unwind after a long day. As a laid-back guest, I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and cozy space.

If I had to nitpick, I guess the only thing I liked less was the TV. But hey, that's just my personal opinion.

Sue's place in Omokoroa is a beautiful and welcoming home away from home. The rooms are clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Sue is an excellent host who takes care of every detail, making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to the beach and supermarkets nearby.

We had a warm welcome from the owner, Sue, which made us feel right at home. The place was impeccably clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with the beach just minutes away and Tauranga a short drive. We even got to use a garage for our motorbike, thanks to the helpful host, Pete. it was a cosy, clean, and comfortable stay at Harbour Heights.

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy little hotel in a quiet suburban area. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed, including a kitchen facility and washing machine. The host, Sue, was incredibly welcoming and made sure I felt right at home. I got great value for my money and would highly recommend this place for a home away from home experience in Omokoroa.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better is if there were more options for spreads. Not everyone is a fan of marmalade, so having a couple of different options would have been nice.
